Bubble CiTea Rewards is one way for Bubble CiTea to reward and thank loyal customers for continuing to support our business and purchasing Bubble CiTea products. Bubble CiTea members are able to earn and accumulate "stamps" that can be redeemed for Bubble CiTea Rewards at all Bubble CiTea locations in the United Kingdom.

By opting into the Bubble CiTea Rewards operating in the United Kingdom, you are entering into a binding agreement with Bubble City Ltd (“Bubble CiTea”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in respect of your use of, and participation in, the Rewards Program. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not use the Rewards Program. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact Customer Services (info@bubblecitea.com).

• 1.1 The App is a software application for use with compatible iOS and Android devices.
• 1.2 By accessing and using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not access, or must stop accessing, the App.
• 1.3 If you have an existing membership, any points balance will be transferred to the App when you create a Bubble CiTea Account using your phone number. If your existing membership does not associate with the same phone number, the points will not be transferred to the App, please contact Customer Service (info@bubblecitea.com) for further assistance.
• 1.4 Bubble CiTea reserves the right to suspend or terminate the App, discontinue any features or functionalities of the App or your specific Bubble CiTea Account, with or without cause or notice, at any time.

• To join Bubble CiTea Rewards go here or to the Bubble CiTea mobile app (for Android™ or iPhone® device) (“App”) and follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information:
• (A) First and last name, gender, email address and phone number.
• (B) Birthday (day, month, year) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.
• (C) Referral code is optional to refer a friend benefit. If you do not provide the referral code the time you registered, the referee will not receive a Refer A Friend Reward.
• You can either provide your phone number that is associated with your Bubble CiTea account, App ID or scan the QR code (App ID and QR Code last 1 minute from when they were generated) at the till to earn a ‘stamp’.
• As part of the Bubble CiTea Account registration process, we will verify your mobile number by sending you a verification SMS. You will need to verify your mobile number before continuing with the registration process.
• Each person can only register one Bubble CiTea Account. Bubble CiTea may block or suspend one or more Bubble CiTea Accounts that are associated with the same person. Your Bubble CiTea Account is personal to you and cannot be assigned.
• We reserve the right to refuse to register a Bubble CiTea Account for any reason. If you need to change any of the details you provided when you registered, please contact Customer Service (info@bubblecitea.com).

• To become a referrer, you must register at this link. Once registered, you’ll receive a referral code which can be shared with friends and family (‘’Friends’’) who aren’t Bubble CiTea members and who are happy to be referred by you.
• Friends must input the referral code that you shared with them to register their Bubble CiTea account. An extra stamp will be added on the referrer’s digital rewards card, once the friend has completed the registration and makes an instore purchase. For every friend you refer (who signs up the app and passes the validation process), you will receive an extra ‘stamp’ on your digital rewards card.

• In addition to the ability to earn a Welcome Gift Voucher, all members who have agreed to receive marketing communications from Bubble CiTea, shall receive a digital voucher on the date of registration.
• In-store orders only.
• You can use the Welcome Gift Voucher on the drink menu (Subject to availability).
• The Welcome Gift Voucher is for 1 scoop of rainbow topping on the first drink, free of charge.
• The Welcome Gift Voucher will expire 30 days after the date that it was issued.
• The Welcome Gift Voucher can be redeemed in any Bubble CiTea locations in the United Kingdom (subject to availability).
• Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

• In addition to the ability to earn a Birthday Gift Voucher, all members have provided a valid date of birth on the App; and who have agreed to receive marketing communications from Bubble CiTea, shall receive a digital voucher on the date of their birthday each year that they are a member. You can use the Birthday Gift Voucher on (subject to availability). This voucher is valid for in-store orders only and applies to drink menus only. Snacks and ice cream are not included.
• The Birthday Gift Voucher will be issued to the users at 10:00 am for members already registered.
• Members will only be able to change their date of birth once a year by contacting the Customer Service and may only be entitled to change their date of birth if the original date of birth that members entered was an accidental error.
• The Birthday Gift Voucher can be redeemed in any Bubble CiTea locations in the United Kingdom (subject to availability).
• The Birthday Gift Voucher will expire thirty (30) days after the date that it was issued.
• Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

• To claim a free drink reward, customers must register and become a member of the Bubble CiTea loyalty scheme.
• Customers must collect 10 stamps or fill a reward stamp card to be eligible for the free drink reward. Upon collecting 10 full stamps, customers can redeem a drink of their choice.
• A free drink reward is valid for any drink with one free topping (worth £4.80). You are entitled to upgrade the size, add extra toppings, or choose seasonal drinks. We will deduct £4.80 from your total bill, and you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance.
• Rainbow toppings are included.
• This is a single use offer and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Bubble CiTea reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bubble CiTea is not responsible if the voucher is used without permission, and no replacement will be provided.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

• Free topping can only be claimed with a purchase
• Voucher holders only
• Seasonal Vouchers are only for seasonal, special drinks
• One voucher per order at one time
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
• A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discounts will only be applied to tea drinks
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
• Rainbow bubbles or rainbow jelly is not included in the 'Free Topping' offer
• Buy One Get One Free vouchers only apply to a regular drink and topping is not included
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Bubble CiTea is final

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
