All sales of Bubble CiTea drinks and merchandise are subject to the following terms: Complaints or issues regarding purchases must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process or resolve the complaint, but this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other relevant consumer protection laws. For returns or exchanges of faulty goods, including drinks, please contact us within the specified period. If you are making a complaint regarding a drink, please provide a receipt or photo evidence for verification. All offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. If a complaint or issue arises, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.
Drinks may only be redone or replaced if:
Refunds are not available for drinks. In the case of missing items, we will happily remake the drink to ensure your satisfaction.
Merchandise items may be returned if:
You may request a refund or an exchange of your item with our staff within 14 days of your purchase with the original proof of purchase and only in the store where the product was purchased.
The items MUST be in a saleable condition and their original undamaged packaging.
We'll refund or exchange the item should you so wish.
We do not provide a free returns service and cannot refund postage costs or the original delivery charge unless the item has arrived damaged.
We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transport so please ensure you wrap all items securely for transportation.
Please also retain your proof of postage.
All refunds will be paid within 14 days.
